Lab Policies and News

• Please do NOT prop the lab doors open when the doors are locked. The doors are unlocked each weekday from 8:00am until 9:00pm. It is very bad for the electronic lock mechanism to have the door remain open when it is supposed to be locked. It is also a security hazard to the computing equipment and to you, especially at night.
  
  
• Transfer Drive Policy: On Monday mornings the T: or Transfer drive will have all files and directories not accessed within the last week deleted. This is to prevent the drive from becoming full and to discourage using it for long term storage. The drive is meant for short term storage only.
  
  
• Remember to back up your important data; one copy is not enough. Save early and save often should also be your policy. Please delete any unnecessary files from your G: drive and from Urban-Courses group folders as you work.
