Students majoring and minoring in Urban Planning are advised by the following team:

Alice E. Novak, BAUP Program Director

Alice Novak meets with students related to a variety of advising issues, including course selection, transfers, the Minor in Urban Planning, BAUP students seeking a minor in other fields, and more technical student needs such as course petitions, course substitutions, and late course changes. She is also the contact for Study Abroad course approvals.

Jane Terry, Admissions and Records Officer

Jane Terry can provide guidance on administrative procedures at the Departmental, College, and University levels. She works especially with Graduate students in course registration, including capstone work.

The FAA Office for Undergraduate Academic Affairs can assist with questions about records such as AP credit or transfer of courses from other institutions, degree certification, and more. Students may meet with the office staff on a walk-in basis or may schedule an appointment by calling the Office Support Specialist at 217-333-6061.
