Jane Terry, Student Services Manager

Jane Terry can provide guidance on administrative procedures at the Departmental, College, and University levels. She also offers general advising about degree course requirements, internships, and appeals. She has been at the University for over 30 years and has an in-depth knowledge of the Urban Planning program and student needs.

The FAA Office for Undergraduate Academic Affairs can assist with questions about records, degree certification, awards and honors, transfer courses, and student petitions.
